Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

We currently ship to:

• Belgium
• Germany
• France
• Rest of Europe

We aim to expand worldwide soon.


Estimated delivery times

Netherlands:
1–3 business days

Belgium & Germany:
2–5 business days

Rest of Europe:
3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.


Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions.


Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package.


Delays

Nyxara is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Postal service issues
• Customs clearance
• Incorrect shipping addresses

Please double-check your address before placing your order.

We can only change the address before the order ships.


Lost or damaged packages
